Fire Credit adheres to the Code of Conduct of the Association for Commercial Debt Management (AMCC), available on this website, and complies with the ethical and professional standards established at both national and European levels, in accordance with FENCA principles.
1. Why did SC Fire Credit SRL contact me?
Fire Credit is a debt recovery company, a member of ACDM – Association for Commercial Debt Management of Romania, acting under a Contract for a customer with various service providers (telephone service operators, utility providers, etc.) as well as with financial institutions (banking and nonbanking institutions).
Our goal is to help debtors get amicable payment agreements with the service providing companies as well as with financial institutions. You may appear in our database with an unresolved situation, this being the reason why our agents have tried to
contact you and inform you about it.
2. Why is Fire Credit handling my case? Nobody asked for my permission.
Your situation has come to our attention based on a Contract of Mandate between Fire Credit and our client. In this Contract of Mandate you, as debtor, are the third party. Since your contractual obligations to our client have not been met, the latter has empowered Fire Credit to act in his name and on his behalf, in order to recover the owed debts.
3. I have been contacted by Fire Credit. What should I do?
If you have not yet managed to get in touch with one of our agents, please call 0332.71.17.00 and you will be directed to our consultants to resolve your situation. Regardless of the current circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible in order to find a solution together. The time factor along with the lack of action from you will only worsen the situation, offering you many disadvantages.
4. How will Fire Credit help me solve my problem?

5. What happens if I do not answer to Fire Credit’s calls?
Fire Credit starts from the assumption debtors are well intentioned and we try to solve each case amicably. If this is not possible, the debt recovery procedure will follow the legal phases by requesting the support of the competent courts of law.
