field collection - Firecredit

Home / field collection

blog-img-07

Fire Credit offers a great number of phone collectors who cover the entire national territory. They are coordinated by area managers who are also monitored by the Field Collection Department Manager.

We closely collaborate with local authorities; we are familiar with the Business Environment where our debtors operate and we manage the client so that we can efficiently cover the entire administrated territory.

The main parts of the Debt Collection Process are:

  • Correct identification of the debtor- Fire Credit agents are residents in the area of competence; for this reason, they manage to contact the debtors in the shortest possible time, which translates into solving the file quickly and efficiently
  • Training and continuous specialization of the Fire Credit agents focused on the specific products
  • Dedicated support and technical solutions – Fire Credit agents benefit from these services to receive and provide data in real time, having the possibility to quickly access reports of the files in progress
  • Promptitude – Fire Credit agents are committed to manage their activity as effectively as possible, trying to find a solution to every case in the shortest possible time

The entire process is managed in a very transparent way: area manager, the department manager or the partner company can check the file path and its progress in real time.

Field Collection is defined by:

  • correct identification of the debtor
  • identifying the reasons why the debtor is not able to pay
  • analysis of the debtor’s capacity and willingness to repay the debt
  • verification of the debtor’s objections
  • clarifying any dissatisfaction in the debtor-creditor relationship
  • presentation of a debt repayment program
  • monitoring the fulfillment of payment promises.
