Fire Credit provides Debt Collection services and solutions to leading companies from the following fields: Banking, Retail, Finance, Utilities, providing them with customized solutions and specialized teams with significant experience in our field.

FINANCIAL / BANKING PRE-WRITE OFF

Loans with an aging very young and very short terms of operational management; from 28 to 60 days, which require a strong reactivity to the requirements of the buyers. Monitoring results daily and segmentation practices in homogeneous clusters allow us to evaluate and target the support for phone and field collection.

FINANCIAL / BANKING POST WRITE-OFF

Loans that have exceeded the limits set by the “benefit of the term” payment by installments, with aging that usually exceeds 180 days, managed through interventions of field collection alternating with actions of phone collection, with the support of a specialized team that performs a lockout efforts to trace the debtor. The high negotiating skills, the ability to combine these tools and also or legal processes are our main strengths.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS

In credit management with aging from 10 to 45 days and contracts still active, we use a consultative approach, placing also targets to customer retention.
