The Phone Collection Debt service uses a method that has already been proven to have efficient results and which exceeds the simple payment request.

Our Phone Collection agents follow a training period at the highest standards, they benefit from courses thought by specialists in Communication and Negotiation Techniques, by legal counselors and experts in the field of Debt Recovery.

We start from the assumption that debtors are well intentioned, who are facing financial difficulties and need help in managing them.

That is why we provide counseling services to the debtors, in order to offer them the possibility of repayment of debts.

We also identify potential sources of income and we inform them regarding the financial and legal problems if the obligations in the contract are not respected.

At this stage, the main missions of the phone collector are firstly to operate with determination in order to convince the debtor to pay the debt, and, secondly, to maintain and strengthen the relationship between the debtor and the debtee, focusing on the proactive approach, communication and negotiation skills.

The specific activities of this phase are:

  • identification of the debtor
  • information about the debt
  • customization of intervention
  • amicable management of the case
